Sakhr offers Arabised solutions

Sakhr Software is using today's show as a launch pad for its range of Arabic security applications and e-learning portals. The local independent software vendor (ISV) is appearing in Oracle OpenWorld and on the Microsoft stand.

Sakhr Software is using today's show as a launch pad for its range of Arabic security applications and e-learning portals. The local independent software vendor (ISV), which is appearing in Oracle OpenWorld and on the Microsoft stand, is also hosting a range of seminars on change management and project implementation.

"It is Sakhr's tradition to present its latest innovations & developments every year at Gitex Dubai, [to] fulfil the needs of the Arab," says Abdulaziz Al-Gharabally marketing & sales director, Al Alamiah Group/ Sakhr Software Co.

"This year's selection will include exceptional solutions that are aimed at the national security & e-learning sectors. We will also be offering several specialised workshops & seminars in light of continued demand for Arabic solutions that meet the requirements of the region for e-government and e-learning systems," he adds.

Sakhr is showcasing NasherNet, its web-based bilingual content management system on the Microsoft stand. The application manages the full cycle of content management, including gathering, creating and process, to the final stages of archiving and publishing through various e-formats.

Sakhr is also demonstrating its SET translation technology on the Microsoft stand, while on the vendor's stand in Oracle Open World, Sakhr will showcase its Arabdox document management application and the latest iteration of its Idrisi search engine.
