Cherrysoft, the Indian software engineering and service provider is using this year's exhibition to test the water for a possible expansion into the UAE.

The Chennai-based ERP application supplier is looking to increase its focus on the Middle East after securing clients in Saudi Arabia and opening a mini-development centre in Kuwait.

"We are considering having a base in either Dubai Internet City (DIC), or perhaps somewhere in Sharjah or in one of the free zones," says J. Selvan, CherrySoft's senior business development manager.
