MBS unveils new products

Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) demonstrates MBS Solomon, Retail Management System, Navision Axapta, and Great Plains release 7.5.

Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) has introduced a new range of its business applications at Gitex 2003. Products being showcased include MBS Solomon, Retail Management System, Navision Axapta, and Great Plains release 7.5, in addition to previews of its Business Portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, scheduled for release at the end of the year.

"Our applications and services are designed to automate unique business processes and accelerate the success of organizations," said Soha Kamal, product manager, MBS. "The new releases reflect Microsoft's commitment to building the best solutions for customers across businesses of all sizes."

Microsoft's Navision Axapta is being positioned as the most comprehensive, mid-market ERP solution available on the market. Great Plains release 7.5 provides new features aimed at increasing business efficiency and profitability.

"Great Plains release 7.5 delivers more effective distribution management, expanded reporting capabilities, flexible expense management, extended integration and many more features," said Kamal.
