ACCPAC brings outsourced CRM to region

ACCPAC says that its service will be cost effective and offer a superior alternative to competitors' offerings.

ACCPAC has made its, an online customer relationship management service, available in the Middle East. Pricing, the company claims, can be as low as $17 per month and support is available through the local ACCPAC partner network.

The outsourced service provides an alternative to potentially costly and complex in-house deployments of CRM software.

" offers a value proposition that is unique in the CRM industry," said Marc Ven Der Ven, ACCPAC's Middle East general manager.

"We believe businesses in the region are not comfortable with being locked into a particular technology or platform as many vendors think. With, businesses can deploy the same solution internally without having to rewrite customisations or retraining staff."
