BinTec appoints interFRONTIERS

BinTec has appointed interFRONTIERS as its representative in the UAE market. Under the terms of the deal, the firm will be responsible for taking the German company's IP access solutions to the UAE market.

BinTec has appointed interFRONTIERS as its representative in the UAE market. Under the terms of the deal, the firm will be responsible for taking the German company's IP access solutions to the UAE market.

"Through our partnership with interFRONTIERS we plan to capitalise on the UAE market potential through indirect sales via distribution, VAR's and resellers, while focusing on mid-sized and big company sites as well as on decentralised company structures," says Thomas von Baross, BinTec's managing director for sales & marketing.

interFRONTIERS hopes the addition of BinTec's products to its line-up, which already includes NEC and Packard Bell, will help it deliver broader solutions for its customers in the region.

"Adding BinTec's network access solutions to our product portfolio is part of our strategy to offer to our customers complete solutions," says Lenia Iacovides, managing director of interFRONTIERS.

In terms of targets, BinTec hopes interFRONTIERS will help it capture 10% of the local market within the next fives years.
