ExecuJet Middle East has inaugurated a new regional office for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as part of its sales and customer support drive the private jet travel sector.

The new office is set to be headed by Saudi national Dr. Saad Al-Ahmad, account manager, ExecuJet Middle East. Dr. Al-Ahmad brings significant industry experience to the role, having served as a consultant for Saudi Army Aviation, as well as having introduced new management techniques to VVIP State Aircraft, and developed business plans for a number of aircraft agents within Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Al-Ahmad, with the support of ExecuJet's extended team in the region, will be responsible for enhancing the company's presence in the Kingdom.

"The nature of our business dictates that we should always be prepared for any sort of demand from customers and be able to respond to changing situations. Customers in Saudi Arabia often need flights at short notice or to be taken to destinations not covered by existing scheduled flights, and we're confident that our new presence on the ground will enable a higher level of response and innovation to suit their specific needs," explains Dr. Saad Al-Ahmad, account manager, ExecuJet Middle East.

The new office is based in Riyadh, and will offer ongoing support for customers in their use of executive jets, including a range of charter options, operational support, new and pre-owned jet sales, and aviation financing services.

Saudi Arabia has emerged as one of the most dynamic territories within the Middle East's executive aviation market, registering strong growth in demand for business jets and charter services in 2003.

Executives at ExecuJet have expressed confidence that, through their strong relationships in the Kingdom and with the support of the new office, they will be in a prime position to capitalize upon the country's potential for rapid growth.

"Given its size, resources, and growing population, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a critical market for ExecuJet. For us to continue to build upon our success in the executive aviation sector, we have to be prepared to meet the needs of the region's most influential people by providing the highest levels of service and the most advanced facilities available," says Horm Irani, managing director, ExecuJet Middle East.
