The UAE's latest national airline, Etihad, has built a comprehensive website to provide users with information on every aspect of its operations. For instance, visitors to the site can access full flight information from the new airline.

The etihadairways.com site was unveiled in parallel with the airlines maiden flight EY 111 to Beirut. The airline, which currently boasts two wide-bodied Airbus A330-200 passenger jets, plans to significantly expand its operations by the end of next year and expects to be running a fleet of six or eight planes by that time.

The local airline will also add more destinations to its service and the Syrian capital of Damascus will be the next destination to be added, followed by other Middle East countries, the Indian sub-continent, the Far East and the UK.
