Jumbo Electronics has expanded the range of Sony products it sells with the introduction of the vendor's Wega 42 inch Plasma TV. The top of the range set is touted as being not only sleek and stylish, but also cramped with innovation as it boasts Media Reality (MR) technology, a high-resolution XGA panel and digital processing.

According to Jumbo, the Wega's features deliver superior high definition-like picture quality which creates a natural, smooth picture that is second to none, something that enhances a users experience when watching DVDs or digital TV broadcasts.

"Featuring the advanced technologies and their sleek, stylish appearance, the new KE-42MR1E Wega Plasma is set to take the lead in the plasma market," says Probir Mukherjee, assistant vice president, Jumbo Electronics.

"It has been specially built for quality and design conscious consumers who appreciate outstanding picture quality for home entertainment," he adds.
