New customer service centres will now carry the torch for Ahmed Ramadhan Juma Est. into Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. The management points to its establishment of numerous showrooms across the UAE, doubling as client contact centres, as the driving force behind successful bids for prestigious UAE contracts, including 3500 Emaar villas, Dubai Financial City (The Gate), the Burj Dubai site office and Dubai Festival City. “Our branch at Oman was established about 15 years ago and we now have two outlets, one at Muscat and another at Sohar with a strong dealer network all over the Sultanate,” says Mohammad AR Juma, general manager, ARJ. “Our success in Oman and the UAE made us the automatic choice for Lowara-ITT, to represent them in Saudi Arabia. “Dubai has encouraged us to raise our standards,” explains Mohammad AR Juma. “When we compete for business today it is against multinational companies. We must match them for quality. That is why customer service and satisfaction is our priority, and why we have set up fully-fledged after-sales service facilities in Riyadh.”
