BAFCO is targeting both contractors and consultants throughout the Big 5 construction show as it looks to grow its office interior business. The company, which has been serving the local market for the past eleven years, is touting a full range of solutions, from office furniture through to design and implementation work. “We offer a full contract materials solution,” says Basim Khacho, sales engineers at BAFCO. “We build multiple partitions, raise the flooring in offices and so on. We were originally an office furniture company, but now we do everything, from partitions through to doors to the office products themselves,” he explains. The company has several marquee clients throughout the UAE, including Solar Turbines, Eagle Star, Acer Computer, Al Riffa and Atraco. BAFCO has also carried out projects for Etisalat and a number of the region’s oil & gas companies. “We have a contract with Etisalat to serve all of its towers, offices and suboffices,” confirms Khacho. “We offer luxury, which is why we work with a lot of governments and oil & gas companies, who know what they want in terms of design,” he adds. Key to BAFCO’s ability to deliver tailor made solutions for the local market is its UAE resources, which include Dubai and Abu Dhabi-based showrooms and offices, a pool of around 80 professionals and designers, and a 2500 ft2 warehouse. “We have a big team of designers, consultants, experts and engineers locally and we do everything from multistory buildings through to one off towers and standalone offices. Although we are based in Dubai and we have a branch in Abu Dhabi, we execute projects all over the world,” says Khacho. “We have good service and we have all the capabilities locally. We have excellent follow up services for our clients and on our projects,” he adds.
