Leading developer, The Saba Group is to build what will become the Dubai’s first twin-tower freehold residential project last Saturday. The landmark project is to be built at the exclusive Jumeirah Lake Towers Community on Shaikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Construction of the DHS400 million development is expected to start in the next three months. The developer is hoping for construction to be complete in record time: just 18 to 22 months. The 700-plus apartments of the development will be available to both locals and expatriates. In terms of area, 36-storey towers will cover a gross area of more than 100000 m2. When he announced the project, Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, chairman of the Ports Customs & Free-Zones Corporation (PCFC), said that the project will be a prestigious, contemporary community with residential, office and retail buildings.
