HP is continuing to roll products out as part of its “Big Bang” strategy, which has committed the vendor to launching over 100 new products by the end of this year. The latest launch sees it extending its business range with new in-house printers and projectors.“Last month we responded to the consumer market needs, and this month we are launching an extensive range for our business customers,” said Amr Hassan, general manager of HP IPG Middle East. “Today’s competitive business environment demands that critical information is relayed to the right customer or colleague at the right moment. With HP’s latest colour printers, all business-critical and marketing documents can be printed in-house, allowing businesses to save costs on out-sourced colour prints and get through to their customers before their competition does.”The range of printers includes the HP Colour Laser Jet series, which HP claims will allow businesses to bring traditionally out-sourced printing and publishing jobs in-house. Featuring a 200,000 page-per-month duty cycle with high-quality print features, HP sees it as ideal for producing promotional materials for customer-facing organisations.HP is also introducing new projectors, including the HP Digital Projector mp3130, which is lighter than most notebooks and features a robust design to make it easy to take to meetings.
