In order to offer their staff specialised training courses and modules designed to help sharpen essential business skills, Aramex International has introduced a new web-based training initiative at the company’s Dubai office

The initiative consists of on-line training programmes designed by Rubicon using Lotus learning space to manage the process of scheduling employees for specific courses, while simultaneously enabling management to track the progress of the participants.

"We are delighted to partner with Rubicon, which has provided us with a customised training solution for our business. This has proved to be a very effective tool in helping us to polish our staff's skills, keeping them one step ahead in such a dynamic business environment," said Osama Fattaleh, vice president Aramex International.

In addition to the standard tools, which include a variety of training modules such as leadership, team building, and customer service, Rubicon and Aramex have collaborated to create specially tailored courses, consisting of case studies, which are specific to the company.
