Revenue assurance solutions provider, Cerebus Solutions, has established a customer support centre in Jordan. The facility, which will be operated in co-operation with its local partner, Moseco Jordan, will offer technical support and implementation services.

According to Cerebus, the Amman-based centre has been established to cater to its growing customer base in the Middle East region. The vendor specialises in solutions for the telecoms market.

“The Middle East is an important market for Cerebrus and we continue to make investments in the region. By partnering with such an excellent company as Moseco, we can provide technical support and implementation services in the region, in the time zone, and in both Arabic and English languages,” says Bill McHale, CEO of Cerebrus Solutions.

“We believe that this is a beginning of a long relationship that will facilitate our ability to deliver fraud management and other solutions that stop telecom operators’ revenue leaks thus allowing them to recognise what they are due,” he adds.

Furthermore, Cerebus believes Moseco’s local knowledge will play a key role in ensuring the success of the customer service centre.

“We are pleased to partner with Cerebrus. Our local knowledge combined with Cerebrus’ revenue assurance and fraud management expertise will enable us to provide best-in-class services to the wireline and wireless operators throughout the region helping them to keep the fraud threat at bay,” says Faris Z. Awartani, general manager of Moseco Jordan.
