Gulf Business Machines (GBM) has been certified as a Cisco Gold partner. Gold level certification is the highest that a partner can achieve, and indicates that GBM can provide the highest standards in deployment and support of Cisco products.

“The purpose of our certification programme is to build channel partner expertise,” said Jon Saunders, regional sales manager, unified channels for Middle East. “Gold Certification status provides strong recognition of GBM’s commitment to providing the highest level of network knowledge and customer satisfaction.”

By achieving Gold status GBM will now have access to greater partner resources from Cisco, and will also gain enhanced marketing, sales and technical support. The company will also be listed on Cisco’s online partner locator, as an approved Cisco partner.

“This Gold certification from Cisco Systems demonstrates GBM’s commitment to attaining the highest level of industry expertise to help customers maximize productivity by employing the most effective technology,” said Georges Ferzli, GBM’s director of integrated technology services “Our relationship with Cisco allows us to leverage the company’s intelligent enterprise-wide infrastructure solutions with our end-to-end portfolio of services in planning, design, deployment and support, creating compelling value for our clients throughout the Gulf region.”
