ASUS makes inroads into Egypt

ASUSTek is growing its presence in the Egyptian market with a new partnership with Egyptian distributor Better Business and the opening of a channel office in Cairo

ASUSTek has been building its presence in Egypt through collaboration with distributor Better Business. The hardware manufacturer officially announced its partnership with Better Business at a seminar held in Cairo recently.

The seminar, held at the Hilton Ramses, brought together distributors, resellers and representatives of several major IT companies to promote ASUS in Egypt. The company also has a channel office in Cairo, and is looking to expand its business through the new relationship with Better Business.

Yasir Al’kaar, regional operation manager for ASUS Middle East and North Africa commented: “Among all the major manufactures ASUS stands as the number one manufacturer with the best world-class R&D team and excellent manufacturing capability, industry leading top quality products, services and superior engineering with competitive material cost.”

Seminar attendees were briefed on ASUS products and the company’s guiding principles. The event also included a raffle for ASUS prizes, and traditional Egyptian entertainment.
