GBM attains Gold Cisco status

Gulf Business Machines (GBM) has attained Gold Certification status from Cisco Systems. The improved partner status will enable the IBM distributor to deliver a higher level of expertise and support in deploying Cisco solutions.

Gulf Business Machines (GBM) has attained Gold Certification status from networking giant, Cisco Systems. The improved partner status will enable the IBM distributor to deliver a higher level of expertise and support in deploying Cisco products and solutions.

“The purpose of our certification programme is to build channel partner expertise,” says Jon Saunders, regional sales manager, Unified Channels for Middle East, Cisco Systems.

“Gold Certification status provides strong recognition of GBM’s commitment to providing the highest level of network knowledge and customer satisfaction,” he adds.

“This Gold Certification from Cisco Systems demonstrates GBM’s commitment to attaining the highest level of industry expertise to help customers maximise productivity by employing the most effective technology,” says Georges Ferzli, GBM’s director of Integrated Technology Services.

As a member of Cisco’s partner programme, GBM is able to leverage certain support benefits, such as access to sales, marketing and training information, as well as details about upcoming events and seminars being hosted by the networking vendor.
