Scala Arabia has become an accredited Scala partner after fulfilling the requirements of the ERP vendor’s partner programme. Scala Arabia will now be officially recommended to implement solutions from Scala Business Solutions.

Scala Arabia has been a sole provider of Scala solutions in the Kingom for several years, but the new Accredited status brings it into line with the vendor’s new programme which was launched at the start of the year. Accredited status indicates that Scala Arabia has a recognised level of technical and support engineers trained to implement solutions to the highest level.

Basil Daniells, indirect channel manager for Scala ECE Middle East commented: “Scala has the potential to become the biggest ERP player in the Saudi mid-market, emulating their success in Saudi Arabia and the region. Our success is bolstered by the launch of iScala, Scala’s truly collaborative ERP platform and our expertise in local market implementation and support.”

“Extending our relationship to an exclusive partnership has given all our Saudi Arabian customers greater peace of mind and is already delivering advances in product support and localisation,” said Ziad Aqrabawi, regional managing director, Scala ECE Middle East.

“Our Saudi Arabian customers now know that they are getting the best possible quality of services and satisfaction. Combined with Scala Arabia’s aggressive marketing strategy in Saudi Arabia, it also provides a solid base for further expansion in this market,” he added.
