Emirates is bringing forward its plans to expand flights to and from the UK, by launching a third daily service to London Gatwick four months early. It’s new 14:30 DXB to LGW flight will start on 1st August. The return flights leave at 21:15.

The ever-expanding Dubai-based airline already serves London Heathrow three times daily, and it recently launched a second daily flight on its Dubai/Manchester route as well.

"The growth of our UK business has been rapid and this ninth daily Emirates service, our third from Gatwick, represents simply the next phase of our on-going expansion. With this additional flight, we are now able to offer a choice of departures in the morning, afternoon and evening from Gatwick, providing more options from the South East on Emirates fast expanding global network. In particular, Britons travelling ‘down under’ from Gatwick will benefit from fast and convenient connections through our Dubai hub to all key Australian gateways,” says Mohammed Shareef Raheem, Emirates’ UK & Ireland manager.
