SMB Distribution has been appointed as an authorised distributor for HES Cabling Systems (HCS), the leading cable producer in Turkey. SMB will distribute the HCS range of network cabling solutions to the whole of the Middle East region, as well as Iran, North Africa, Sudan and Libya.

Seyed Bukhary, director of SMB, commented: “This appointment will mean fast availability, very short lead times for high volumes, good prices, certification from the vendor, and more profitability for the channel.”

HCS is part of HES Kablo, Turkey’s largest cable manufacturer, and produces a wide range of networking products, including UTP, FTP, SFTP and S-STP copper and fibre optics.

“As opposed to many of our competitors, the HCS concept is based on true technical advantage not on marketing hype,” said Ufuk Yilmaz, assistant general manager, HCS. “HCS products and solutions are designed to provide long-lasting, future-proof cabling systems, backed with the HCS unique Century lifetime warranty, which covers both the components and performance.”

SMB is looking to work with more systems integrator partners with HCS, and will also appoint a dedicated product manager to handle the lines. HCS provides total network cabling solutions, based on innovative products for voice, data and video-imaging signals. We feel that this product will enhance the range of networking solutions we offer our SI (system integrator) partners around the region. We are looking for leading System Integrators in all these countries that are working with large infrastructural and enterprise level projects. We will bring a dedicated Product Manager on board who will work closely with these SIs to promote the HCS range to Contractors and Consultants around the region.”
