Founded in 1984, Arabic Computer Systems (ACS) has served Saudi enterprises’ technology needs for the past two decades. As such, it delivers a wide range of products, solutions and services.

For example, the Saudi company delivers a number of best of breed offerings, including HP servers, desktops and notebooks; Unix servers and workstations from Sun; and Cisco’s entire range of products, including access servers, routers and switches.

On the solution side, ACS has a full portfolio of HR, e-commerce, e-mail, ERP, storage and security solutions. These are backed up with a wide range of services, such as systems integration, managed services and staffing resources.

“ACS mission is to provide cost effective IT solutions by using the latest technologies from leading global vendors, applying the best practices and delivering world class support,” says Rafe’ Al-Khaldi, general manager, Arabsoft, Arabic Computer Systems.

Users from around the Kingdom that have already benefited from ACS’ expertise include Saudi Aramco, STC, Saudi Fransi Bank, Sabic and KACST.

In addition to providing general products and services, the ISO9001 certified company also specialises in delivering Microsoft enterprise solutions and services. Established in 1994, the dedicated spin off, Arabsoft, has already claimed a 70% share of the market.

“ACS believes in dedication and focus as it leads to unique quality, hence the formation of Arabsoft. Today, Arabsoft-ACS has 70% market share of the Microsoft enterprise agreements in Saudi Arabia. We also have around 100 Microsoft experienced certified systems engineers,” says Al-Khaldi.

“We are known as the Microsoft partner leader in Microsoft infrastructure consultancy, technology migrations, and large scale deployments. We have been acknowledged by Microsoft as the best infrastructure solution provider since the year 2000,” he adds.

Moving forward, the company will continue to build its Microsoft business by developing its team and expanding its customer base. “We will continue to align Arabsoft-ACS’ business plans to meet changing Microsoft initiatives by developing our internal resources and aligning with Microsoft,” says Al-Khaldi.

“Furthermore, we will capitalise on the growing customer demand for Arabsoft’s Microsoft services due to the high satisfaction they provide,” he adds.
