Bayt.com, the leading Middle East recruitment website, has today announced the launch of growcareers.zu.ac.ae, an online recruitment website created exclusively for Zayed University to match its graduates with employers looking to hire university-educated female nationals.

GROW enables Zayed University graduates to create a professional online CV, search and apply for jobs directly online, and manage their job search process all from the convenience of their personal computer. With GROW, employers can also search the database of Zayed University graduate CVs and post their job vacancies on the site for Zayed University candidates to apply for.

Bayt is one of the top five most visited sites in the Middle East and they are looking to tap into the lucrative graduate recruitment market. “Our aim in partnering with Zayed University, the UAE's leader in higher education, is to provide a faster, easier and more cost effective way to match talented Zayed University graduates with the competitive job opportunities offered by employers” said Mona Ataya, Vice-President, Marketing, Bayt.com.

This venture is unique to the UAE educational sector and Dr. Hanif Al-Qassimi, Vice-President of Zayed University believes it will benefit all parties involved. He said: “GROW will meet both the needs of our technologically-minded graduates, as well as employers looking to hire graduates who are fluent in Arabic and English, and who have professional experience and excellent problem-solving skills.”
