Samsung has announced plans to set up a Digital Centre in Oman in partnership with Al-Seeb Technical Est. (SARCO), the company’s national distributor for consumer electronics products.

“As a digital convergence leader, Samsung is committed to extending the boundaries of product versatility and design. With the creation of our new Digital Centre we are ready to empower our consumers in Oman with a whole new world of digital entertainment,” says H.J. Park, senior manager, sales & marketing, Samsung Gulf Electronics.

Samsung’s Digital Centre will showcase Samsung’s complete range of LCD televisions and plasma display panels, along with digital video camcorders, portable DVD players, home theatre systems, DVD-VHS combo players, audio systems and digital projection televisions. Home networking products such as the side-by-side refrigerator will also be on display.

“This centre will serve as a one-stop-shop for consumers to actually experience digital freedom. Such centres are further strengthened by the presence of our valued dealers network who will provide the necessary support to our consumers in Oman,” adds Park.
