Jordanian development company, Estarta Solutions, has built and deployed an advanced Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for Saudi Arabia’s United Motors Company. The multi-company, multi-user HRIS system should not only facilitate the implementation of HR best practices, but also help the company improve its efficiency.

“United Motors Company is delighted to endorse Estarta Solutions for its quality products and professional technology team. Estarta Solution’s IT team has successfully translated UMC’s business requirements into a technology solution. We highly appreciate the efforts of the dedicated team for successfully completing the UMC HR project,” says Faisal Al Jaman, managing director of UMC.

The bilingual web based system has been built on the .Net platform to ease integration with other applications. Furthermore, it is highly customisable, which allows UMC to apply personal settings, modify the application to users’ tastes and generate HR reports.

“The human resources information system enables HR personnel to prepare customisable reports to facilitate managing HR more effectively and efficiently. In order to provide the system users with enough flexibility, save time, and reduce human error,” adds Ennis Rimawi, CEO of Estarta Solutions.
