Forefront hosts document management and imaging conference

Forefront, Fujitsu's exclusive document, imaging scanners and storage partner for Saudi Arabia, promotes document management technologies to the Saudi market with major channel conference and training session.

Forefront, the Middle East Channel Developer Partner for Fujitsu (FEL) Document Imaging Scanners and Storage, hosted the Fujitsu Channel Conference in Riyadh last month. The conference addressed a number of issues relating to the growing market for document management solutions in the region.

“Fujitsu has always been a front-runner in terms of technology, reliability, and relationship with its channel partners and we are very pleased from the business growth of document imaging you bring to us and to Forefront,” Graham Johnson, international sales manager, Fujitsu Europe, told conference attendees. “Forefront has become today an acknowledged force in the imaging industry, reaping to its credit the largest imaging products distribution reference with a record growth rate.”

Georges Karam, managing director of Forefront Technologies said: “As regional e-business is increasingly emerging, electronic format of documents will also move online, creating new business processes. Companies that are smartly investing today to learn more about this industry and capitalise on this potential niche market, will very soon nurture the rewards. Forefront also held a channel training session for Kofax image technology. The session addressed the latest products from Kofax, including Adrenaline, VirtualReScan, Enhanced Bar Code and ImageControl. There was also a channel certification exam held for 34 reseller partners from the Kingdom.

“We are confident now that the engineers can support any pre-sales and post-sales activity connected to Kofax Image Processing Products,” said Johni R Jabbor, area sales manager, of Forefront. “Kofax Image Products has been pioneering the way documents and data are scanned and captured.”
