U.S. Robotics has signed partnership agreement with Saudi-based ARCOM. Through the partnership ARCOM will offer pre and post sales service and support for U.S. Robotics' products within the Kingdom.

The deal should allow U.S. Robotics to expand its already sizable presence in the Kingdom, as ARCOM will enhance the service and support available to customers.

“The KSA is our largest market in this region,” says Yusuf Syed, U.S. Robotics’ regional sales manager in the Middle East “It is therefore a strong focus for us, and we want to ensure that our customers receive the best level of service and support, which is why we chose to partner with ARCOM, as they have a strong track record in this arena. We believe that the networking and broadband connectivity sectors are about to record significant growth in the KSA, and we are well placed to benefit from it”

Wireless connectivity is becoming increasingly popular in Saudi Arabia, and it is this market growth that the partners will look to exploit.

“Wireless networking is a center of focus for companies in the KSA,” comments Ahmad Al Khiary, VP of Technical Services, ARCOM. “It gives them the scalability and freedom to expand their network as they grow. U.S. Robotics’ products enable them to achieve that, without compromising on quality. Furthermore, the company’s portfolio is growing constantly, which allows us to add a new, versatile range of solutions to our offering, and a brand name that customers know and trust”
