Ahlan Dubai goes online

Ahlan Dubai, the call centre arm of the Dubai Shopping Festival welcomes all queries, feedback, suggestions and complaints pertaining to DSF or the Dubai Summer Surprises online.

Ahlan Dubai, the call centre arm of the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) has now got itself a slot on www.mydsf.com. The online service welcomes business queries, feedback, suggestions, complaints, information about the events, venues, dates or any other queries pertaining to DSF or the Dubai Summer Surprises.

“People can send in queries and [they] will get a reply immediately through the web site www.mydsf.com. All you have to do is click on Ahlan Dubai at the bottom of the page,” says Elham Abbas, corporate communications director, Dubai Shopping Festival.

Previously, people in the UAE had to dial 090 - 400 99 and international callers 00 97190 400 99 to access the service. The call centre currently receives more than 100 calls every day — 70 per cent from GCC countries, 30 per cent from the UAE, and 10 per cent from Europe and Australia. However, with the additional online feature, Ahlan Dubai hopes to make itself more accessible to international visitors. Meanwhile, volunteers interested in working at the Ahlan Dubai kiosks can also download forms for the same from mydsf.com.
