Syrian Computer Society shows off IT goods

The Syrian Computer Society has a strong presence at this year’s show with a total of nine companies showing off their wares.

The Syrian Computer Society has a strong presence at this year’s show with a total of nine companies showing off their wares.The society, founded in 1989, aims to promote IT in all areas of Syrian life. Products at this year’s Gitex range from office furniture to Arabised software.

Several game designers are also exhibiting, showing off some of the world’s first Arabic 3D games, such as the catchily titled ‘Zoya a warrior from Palmyra.’
