Danish Interpretation Systems, a supplier of advanced conference equipment, is looking to promote its new Middle East headquarters in the Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai.

"We want to be closer to the market," explained area sales manager Jan Villumsen. "We want to build a closer relationship to our existing contacts in the region just like we want to establish new co operations. The ME has always been an important region for DIS, and we believe that the demand for conference facilities will grow. With our range of products, including our newly developed fully digital systems, we meet all the demands for the modern conferencing."

DIS provides complete conference solutions, including microphones, simultaneous interpretation equipment, conference voting and audience response systems.

The Danish company has already made conference installations in the region such as the Al Shura Parliament and King Faisal Conference Centre in Riyadh, as well as the Municipality and Jebel Ali Hotel in Dubai, and the Parliament House and the Senate Hall in Islamabad, Pakistan.
