Acer Computer today launched its Gitex offensive with a range of computing solutions under the theme of Empowering People.

The company has declared that the strategy is a sign of an invigorated Acer, dedicated to a customer-centric approach to product and service delivery. Acer has a host of server, mobile, desktop, and home computing technologies at its stand. On the desktop front, Acer is showcasing models from its Veriton line. Acer is demonstrating Veriton machines for a variety of markets including mainstream and high-end.

Related solutions also on display include wireless LAN, as well as hardware and software security features. For the home user, Acer is highlighting its recently launched Aspire G600 desktop PC. Acer has focused on four major criteria for developing this new generation of consumer PCs - entertainment, digital compatibility, individualisation and ease of use.
