CompuMe has announced a new extended warranty plan for all of its retail outlets.

Leon Beuyukian, chief operating officer, explains: “Over the years, CompuMe has established itself as the leading turnkey IT solution enabler in the Middle East, offering a range of innovative products and services.

"SupportMe is a unique plan that offers extended warranty for up to three years (for an additional fee) on mechanical and electrical component failure and accidental damage.

"As part of this offer, customers also get [access to] CompuMe’s call centre — a helpdesk that is available seven days a week. In case the fault is diagnosed to require technical intervention, a free collection and delivery service is also included as part of the SupportMe plan.”
