UK independent software developer, Reveda has opened the doors of its Dubai Internet City based regional headquarters. The ISV will develop and deliver applications designed to tackle key project management and efficiency issues.

According to David Burton, CEO, Reved’s local office will serve the Middle East, Africa and Asia with niche technology. “As a company we employ technology gleaned from a combination of cutting edge software developed through BAE Systems and Reveda to create two core products that are made to measure for many companies in this region,” he adds.

Reveda currently offfers two applications — a business intelligence tool called CorTechs and Tracer, a rich media digital asset management system. CorTechs leverages the relationship with key investor BAE Systems, which has strong process management and reporting skills.

“The investment (by BAE Systems) will allow us to spin out existing and new technologies generated internally to new and fast growing commercial markets,” says Phil Titler, Investor Director for BAE Systems Ventures.

Burton is bullish about Reveda’s local market prospects. “I am confident that Reveda [Middle East] will take the market by storm simply because we have cutting edge products, in the right place, at the right time to meet client’s requirements,” says Burton.

“Tracer and CorTechs are two strong products and I know that the business communities of the Middle East, Asia and Africa will embrace our technology as they are grounded in high standards of excellence,” he adds.
