Networking integrator, Telematics is showcasing a number of networking solutions throughout Gitex.

The company, which can be found with the rest of Al Bawardi Enterprises (AE) technology group in hall five, will display a clutch of solutions from Avaya, Cisco Systems, HP, Microsoft and Mitel.

“As an integrator we are very much vendor neutral, we ensure customers receive a solution built round their business, we do not fit business to a solutions. Our goal is to empower organisations through the successful design, deployment and maintenance of comprehensive ICT initiatives,” says Mike Atkinson, managing director, Telematics.

Visitors to the stand will be able to see a selection of solutions covering just about everything from structured cabling to wireless networks, PBX switches and voice over IP. Telematics also offer building management systems, contact recording solutions and customer experience management (CEM) expertise.

“CEM is about leveraging the most from an organisation’s contact centre/CRM set up. There is no point in investing in customer contact technologies and failing to effectively utilise this resource to meet corporate objectives,” explains Atkinson.
