LG is looking to redefine the lifestyles of visitors to its stand at this year’s show. The electronics giants is showcasing a diverse range of products from monitors to optical storage technology from its 190 sq. metre stand.

“We believe the regional market will witness a noticeable shift towards LCD by the beginning of next year,” says P.C. Choi, managing director, LG Electronics Gulf, FZE.
“Worldwide 12% of all monitors sold are LCD, whereas in this region, currently only 3% of monitor turnover is LCD. There’s a lot of ground to make up and with the technology becoming more stabilised in price, we envisage a greater trend towards it,” he adds.

Other products on display during the show, include mobile phones, Flatron screen PDPs, LCD multimedia monitors, LCD projectors and mobile phones.
“Our line-up now includes four new models from the multi-award winning Flatron LCD monitor range in 15- inch, 17-inch and 18-inch screen sizes, which makes it the widest range in terms of choice and design options,” adds Choi.
