Just months after placing a £300,000 order with Danish metering manufacturer DK-Audio, IRIB — the State Broadcaster of Iran — has placed a second order for a range of video equipment from the company’s recently acquired subsidiary PTV.

The latest request is for ten PTV PT5664 Digital Waveform Monitors and 15 PTV PM5661/70 analogue waveform monitors, all of which will be installed in IRIB’s regional studio network.

“This is the second major order we have received from IRIB this year and it indicates that they are more than happy with the products we have supplied so far. The new equipment will be delivered during September and October and we look forward to continuing our relationship with the broadcaster over coming years,” says John Andersson, DK-Audio’s international sales manager.
