Kanoo Machinery rolls out CRM package from Vertscape

Customer relationship management (CRM) package automates company's sales procedures and enables tight integration to online marketplaces.

Kanoo Machinery has gone live with its customer relationship management (CRM) strategy. The company has automated its sales operation with the rollout of Vertscape’s XeRM e-Business suite.

The implementation at the machinery division is the initial phase of Kanoo Group’s organisation-wide rollout of XeRM e-Business.

XeRM e-Business integrates the existing sales processes and channels with online trade transactions to business-to-business marketplaces, such as Tejari.com.

“It would be difficult to keep up with the massive volume of diversified business and large number of customers in more than 20 countries without automation via the web,” says Mishal Kanoo, deputy chairman, Kanoo Group.

“Vertscape’s XeRM eBusiness suite enables us to spend more time building long-term client relationships and customer service by dispensing with the previously lengthy procedures of sales administration while obtaining a more complete view of customer interaction with Kanoo,” he adds.

The XeRM suite consists of applications to automate customer, supplier, partner and employee relationship management. The XeRM suite is based on web services technologies, such as SOAP and XML to enable integration with front end or back end systems regardless of platform, programming language or device.

As a result, the solution also enables seamless integration through to Kanoo’s legacy applications as well as partner/supplier systems through web services enabled XML connectors.
