Acer has partnered with Aptec Gulf as it looks to grow both its corporate and consumer sales in UAE.

Acer has partnered with Aptec Gulf as it looks to grow both its corporate and consumer sales in UAE. Through the partnership, Aptec will resell Acer’s hardware and peripherals while adding value in terms of accelerated customer response times and improved service levels.

Eric Tien, managing director of Acer Computer (M.E.), explains that the use of experienced channel partners in the Middle East is key to growing the vendor’s market share. “Our new partnership with Aptec Gulf will bring more benefits, such as reliability, faster response, and high-level services to our loyal IT users in UAE,” he says .

Bahaa Salah, regional general manager for Aptec Gulf, Lebanon and Africa, is equally as convinced that it is the end users that will benefit from the partnership. “With the launch of Acer’s new strategy for the corporate and commercial sector in UAE, we are confident that this new direction will bring great benefits to the region’s user and the UAE IT market in general,” he says.
