“The aim is to empower our vendors, assemblers, and resellers to provide their customers with the very best quality and service,” explained Ferruh Gurtas, channel programme manager, Intel MENA, “enabling them to address the specific needs of their business clients by delivering custom-designed solutions that meet their IT requirements and their budgets.”

The roadshow will cover Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Egypt, the UAE, Kuwait, Jordan and Lebanon. Among the subjects on the agenda are Intel’s channel vision, customer advice and business development for desktops, server and mobile products, gigabit ethernet transition and retail sales strategies.

The channel conference is intended to build on the expertise and knowledge transfer of the Intel Product Integrator and Premium Provider programmes.

“Intel is determined to ensure that the Intel-based products delivered to customers have been integrated perfectly in accordance with our written recommendations,” Gurtas said.
