Key Information Technology (KIT) will use next month’s hotel show in Dubai to unveil the latest offerings from Micros-Fidelio. Topping the list of new products is Micros-Fidelio’s TOPAS and OPAL reporting solutions.

Designed to help hotels get the most out of the information they generate within their front office systems, the solutions will be a key factor in any hotel’s future success as customer data becomes a vital weapon in an increasingly competitive market.

Masood Al Janahi, managing director of KIT, explains that such tools will be especially important in the Middle East as the region’s hospitality continues to grow and thus becomes more competitive.

“[There will be] major expansion in the Middle East hospitality industry over the next few years,” he says.

In addition to unveiling Micros-Fidelio’s reporting tools, KIT will be showcasing the Fidelio restaurant reservation system, Fidelio F&B Version 8 and handheld systems for Micros.
