Fastlink, together with Trans World For Mobiles of Jordan and Samsung of Korea are celebrating an agreement to display Samsung’s handsets, including the new SGH-T100, in Fastlink’s 26 retail shops across the kingdom.

The event will be attended by HE the Korean Ambassador to Jordan; Michael Dagher, president and CEO of Fastlink; Muntasir Jarrar, general manager of Trans World For Mobiles, and Samsung’s Office Manager in Jordan, in addition to a number of directors from the three companies.

“I welcome Fastlink’s partnership with Samsung that will allow the display of Samsung’s handset on our retail shelves. I also take this opportunity to congratulate Samsung on choosing Trans World For Mobiles, our longtime business partners, as their authorised distributors in Jordan. The three of us will look forward to a fruitful cooperation that will create Samsung’s brand awareness in the Jordanian market,” said Dagher.

“I personally believe that as far as the public is concerned, mobile communications has been the biggest life style change of the last ten years. Jordan has certainly been no exception, with Jordanians embracing the cellular technology and continuously giving a warm reception to its dazzling developments. This life style change lead to the creation of new markets to cater for an ever increasing set of consumer demands: the demand for new voice services, the demand for new data services, and the demand for new mobile handsets that meet individual styles and expectations. Samsung has lately launched a deluge of new handset models equipped with what today’s public want, such as color screens and polyphonic ring tones,” added Dagher.
