3Com have appointed The Network Centre (TNC) as the company’s first Authorised Technical Education Centre (ATEC) within the UAE. In its new role, TNC will offer standardised and customised training courses to 3Com’s customers and resellers throughout the Middle East.

“Our ATEC is a vital tool to help our customers fully realise the business benefits of their 3Com networking solution,” says Tony Nasr, area manager, Gulf, Levant & Yemen, 3Com.

“Together with TNC, we are making tailored training and education courses available to our customers in the Middle East region so they can spend less time managing their network and more time managing and building their business. TNC will also deliver specific reseller training designed to give our resellers the competitive advantage during their sales, service and implementation cycles,” he explains.

The courses will start at the end of the month in TNC’s customized facilities in central Dubai. Training will be given by a team of certified specialists, with emphasise upon practical experience and hands-on lab education.
