HSBC and MasterCard launch 2002 FIFA World Cup campaign

HSBC and MasterCard have launched a 2002 FIFA World Cup campaign between 13 March and 20 April 2002.

HSBC and MasterCard have launched a 2002 FIFA World Cup campaign between 13 March and 20 April 2002. All new approved applicants for a MasterCard Card or MasterCard In-Site Virtual Card from HSBC will receive an entry to a raffle draw. In addition, all new and existing HSBC MasterCard cardholders will be entered into the draw for every four purchase transactions made on their cards.

“MasterCard and HSBC have teamed to offer our valued customers 22 fully paid trips to watch the Final and Quarter-Finals to the 2002 FIFA World Cup in Japan,” said Alan Jarman, Regional Manager Cards, HSBC Bank Middle East. “The grand prize is a fully paid trip for two to the final match in Yokohama, and there are 10 runner-up prizes of fully paid trips for two to the Quarter–Finals in Osaka”.

The raffle draw will be held on 5 May in Dubai. Eligibility for the competition is open for new and existing MasterCard cardholders from HSBC in UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon, and Jordan. All FIFA World Cup tickets are courtesy of MasterCard International.
