RAMTeCH, an ISO 9001 certified software solutions company, has moved into the Middle East. Based in Dubai Internet City, the company’s division will be offering both software and consultancy services to companies throughout the region.

Based in India, RAMTeCH’s core focus is on automated mapping, facilities management & geographical information systems (AM/FM/GIS) and CAD/CAE consultancy services. In addition, it intends to offer business application solutions, such as, web-site development, e-commerce and applications for data sharing across the Internet to local businesses.

“A formal corporate quality policy with total commitment from every individual is the backbone of our quality initiative. ISO standards, dedicated groups for process definition, improvement and quality assurance, formal training on processes and standards are just some of the steps that we take to ensure top quality,” says Manish Sanwalka, a director of RAMTeCH.

The company will be split into three divisions locally to reflect its different roles. The software development services section will handle financial & HRD solutions and web-site development. Mapping and applications development will be run by the geographical information systems section, while the drawing conversion services will handle paper-to-CAD drawing conversion.

Srinivas Cherukumilli, business development manager, Middle East, states that the company believes “in working as an integral part of our clients team and advocates close interaction, enabling improved communication, better understanding of project goals, sharing vision, and achieving the common goal — project success.”
