Kicking off its five day partner training programme in Lebanon, ACCPAC pitched its solutions and local partnerships as an important step in helping the country overcome recession.

“We see our investment in our partnerships in Lebanon today as a must, especially when the country is working to overcome its recession,” claimed Marc Van der Ven, regional manager, ACCPAC. “It is during these times that businesses need to look for opportunities to increase their efficiency, cut their cost and leverage technology in the workplace to sustain profitability and plan for expansions.”

The programme is designed to provide ACCPAC’s partners including, SETS, RCI and Transcontinental Corporation with the technical training required to customise, implement and support Advantage Series 5.0.

ACCPAC’s partner programme is also targeting the IT and automation needs of small-to-medium businesses (SMBs). “Because of the country’s entrepreneurial nature and the dominance of the small to medium businesses in the market, we believe that we bring the greatest value to Lebanon by having partners on the ground to support current and future ACCPAC users,” explained Van der Ven.

“The beauty in ACCPAC is that its range of products fit any business size and budget today and capitalises on businesses investments by easy and cost efficient upgrades to more complex systems as businesses grow,” said Nejib Abou Habib, marketing manager for SETS, a solution integrator and hardware distributor in Lebanon. “This is what businesses in Lebanon need to stay in business, overcome the tough times and plan for growth.”
