SAP Arabia has bolstered its service and support team as it prepares to offer Arabic language support for the forthcoming Unicode based R/3 enterprise release.

SAP Arabia has bolstered its service and support team as it prepares to offer Arabic language support for the forthcoming Unicode based R/3 enterprise release. Although training is ongoing, the recruits took part in an intensive 3-week introductory session at SAP Arabia’s Dubai office to get them up to speed.

“Our near future plan is to cover more customers’ requirements and needs, we are also emphasising prompt and professional service and support delivery, focused on customer care,” says Nabeel Hammad, business development director for SAP Arabia.

“By introducing a “single point of contact” approach in parallel with the drive by SAP AG to speedup customer responses and enhance their satisfaction,” he adds.
