Accpac appoints Saudi eCRM partner

Accpac, a major software developer and solution provider, has announced that it has appointed a partner to drive its eCRM solution in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Mohammed Al-Amri & Co is a public accounting firm, well established in Saudi.

Accpac, a major software developer and solution provider, has announced that it has appointed a partner to drive its eCRM solution in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Mohammed Al-Amri & Co is a public accounting firm, well established in Saudi. Dr Mohammed Al-Amri, managing partner, said: “There is a great deal of excitement over the business potential that companies derive from customer relationship management solutions. I believe that Accpac’s CRM addresses that potential and delivers a great set of tools for Saudi-based companies to take their businesses towards greater customer focus, while leveraging the capabilities that technologies present today.”

Marc Van der Ven, regional manager for Accpac, emphasised the importance of Saudi as a market and its value to Accpac, adding: “I am confident that Saudi businesses will leverage CRM as a competitive advantage tool and that they will find the highly trained auditors and IT consultants at Dr Mohammed Al-Amri & Co a trusted source for advice and implementation.”

Dr Mohammed Al-Amri & Co has a previous relationship with Accpac having helped implementation of Accpac accounting packages in Saudi over the past two years. Dr Al-Amri said that eCRM was an extension of those solutions. “It seamlessly integrates with Accpac accounting solutions and provides key personnel with easy access to a common client focused knowledge base to better mange business. Many other products ignore the crucial integration with the back-office accounting system.”
