Oracle’s customer service roadshow Think Customers will be held in Dubai on 27th November. The event is designed to help educate customer services executives and sales and marketing staff on how to assess CRM requirements for their organisations, choose the appropriate solution and get it started within 90 days.

The focus is on developing integrated strategies for marketing sales and leveraging complete business flows to maximise efficiencies. There is also an interactive element to the show called Think Shop so that delegates can appreciate how business flows can help an organisation.

“Oracle continues to demonstrate its commitment to the Middle East by bringing its global roadshow to the region,” said Ayman Abouseif, marketing director for Oracle, Eastern and Central Europe, Middle East and Africa. He continued: “Companies like ITS of Kuwait have already realised that CRM saves customers , saves money and safeguards revenues.”

The show covers 40 cities around the world and it is complimented by an online conference including video, data and live interaction to make it as interactive as possible.
