With the introduction of its GuardianAngel monitoring service to the Middle East, BMC Software is giving service providers (SPs) the ability to deliver a multi-tenant-aware hosted service that remotely monitors the quality of service of end-users’ enterprises.

Developed specifically for the service provider market, GuardianAngel is intended to reduce operating costs as the self-provisioned service model allows SPs end-user subscribers to configure their own management requirements.

“BMC Software is changing the way that Service Providers do business by offering GuardianAngel for monitoring on a subscription basis,” says Mary Nugent, vice president and general manager of service provider solutions for BMC Software.

“We understand the service provider market and have worked very closely with our service provider partners, through our CAC and beta program, to ensure that we are delivering the solutions that they need, when they need them. With our suite of solutions, service providers can be certain that they are getting the best tools to deliver unparalleled service to their end-users,” she adds.
