Unified customer interaction solution provider, Altitude Middle East, Africa & South Asia, is using both its position on the Al Yousuf Computers stand and its seminars at the Channel Forum to educate the region’s businesses in the management of multi-channel customers.

Covering topics such as customer relationship management, multimedia contact centers and unified customer interaction, the company is aiming to educate senior-level managers and business executives at Gitex as it looks to expand its presence throughout the Middle East.
