Hewlett Packard has unveiled an exciting new look and advanced range of services for its popular Middle East e-store— www.hp-estore.com Initially launched in February, HP has built on the site’s popularity to develop new services including interactive chat, where visitors will be able to communicate live with HP’s sales agents.

“hp-estore.com has not only witnessed an overwhelming increase in visitors since it was launched, but most importantly, the conversion rate (visitors/purchases) has more than doubled,” said William Cassir, program manager at HP Middle East.

“The revamping of the site will allow us to better meet our online customers’ needs, both in terms of offerings and e-commerce security,” he added.

Another new service will be the “compare” feature that will allow visitors to compare selected products.
